New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Before you can use the New Student Online Enrollment portal to enroll your student in the White Salmon Valley School District, you must create a user account. Please complete all required fields to request an account for new student enrollment. 
If you have an email address, please enter it where prompted. A login name will be created for you based on your email address. The district will aslo be able to communicate with you this way, throughout the enrollment process.
